Echo holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, and a Master of Professional Accountancy from the University of California, Riverside. She has been both a licensed CPA and an EA since 2018.

Echo has over nine years of experience in the tax field, with extensive expertise in preparing individual & business tax returns.

Loan Ly, MBA & EA

Loan holds an MBA degree from Seattle University, with a concentration in Accounting and Finance Analytics. She earned her Enrolled Agent (EA) credential in 2023 after passing the EA Exams.

Loan has over eight years of experience in the accounting field, including tax preparation & bookkeeping services.

It offers tax return preparation services for clients in Washington and California, and provides bookkeeping services exclusively for clients in Washington State.

What is your fee for preparing an individual tax return?

Our tax preparation services begin at $200. However, the final cost may vary based on your individual tax situation, filing schedule, and the specific forms required for your return.

We do not charge by the hour for tax return preparation.
